Hi

I recently bought a new laptop and now on with the usual business of re-installing.

After installing Leap Motion controller I am trying to get "Touchless For Windows" installed on my system.

However each time I try and download , it says "Downloaded".

How do I reinstall the app on my new system ?

Config : i3 4th Gen, 8 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD , Win 8.1 (64 Bit)

Looked for but did not find any related topic on forums thus posting a new one.

Thank you

What happens when you do a master search for the app on your computer? Is it perhaps in a different folder?

Hi
same problem to me
new installation
app says "downloaded"
master search: not found

tab account: signin or signup - not functioning
tab help: community forums, get support - not functioning

only apps playground, collider, robot chess, form and function 3d are working

thx hps

If you click "sign up or sign in" you should be able to log in using your browser.

You mean: "If you click "sign up or sign in" you should be able to log in using your browser."
Yes, of course. I am logged in on the browser.

Can you relay your system specs and also tell me which browser(s) you're using?

if you are not logged in
you cannot see "downloaded"

tried opera, firefox and ie

Correct, you must be logged in to see your downloaded apps.

Sorry to hear that. Are you logged in? Are you running any firewall software? Can you tell me about your system specs? (Mac or Windows? OS version?)

same problem. I am logged in. "Touchless" says 'downloaded.' Using a 5-mo old MacPro OS 10.9.5, although it seems that the 'downloaded' status has to do w/the way your site is configured, as opposed to the system or browser it's running on. Tried to transfer apps from my old computer, but they came across corrupted & won't open. In addition, on my Account page, App Purchase History tab is completely empty, even though I'd previously downloaded 6 apps, including Touchless. Right now, my LeapMotion controller is useless for everything I'd been using it for. It's pretty common for someone to need to download an app more than once, either due to a crash/data loss, new computer, or additional computers. Why does the site even need to block users from downloading an app twice?

@LennyNY Any firewall running?

Sorry to hear this -- we'll get to the bottom of things.

my config:
os win7 ultimate 64
no firewall
ati radeon 3000 onboard graphics
proc amd fx-8120 8-core 31,GHz
16 GB RAM
static ip-adress, router fritzbox

Can you relay or PM me the email address/username associated with your primary Leap Motion account? And can you confirm that you are logged in with that email address in App Home?

(In App Home there is an "Account" menu in the top navigation bar that will display this.)

"tab account: signin or signup - not functioning" -- can you elaborate on this?

What happens when you try to click "Sign In or Sign Up??

apple's built in system firewall is on; but again, the fact that your web page says "Downloaded" makes me think it's related to the way your site is configured. If a firewall, some anti-virus software, etc was preventing the download, I'd think I'd see a "Download" button on the web page, & then when I clicked it, I'd get an error. I don't see how a firewall or other software could make your page display "Downloaded" instead of a download link. Apple's firewall hasn't interfered w/any other software or driver downloads.
