Leap Motion is Disconnected

Hello there I just received my Leap Motion in the mail today, I installed the drivers and booted up the Sculpting game n the app store. Its giving me a Leap Motion is disconnected. I ran the visualizer and it was fine.

I have checked in Device Manager and its under Universal Serial Bus devices, I also cant get the Firmware Reset Tool to work it just says ResourceHost is running.

I have tried this on another computer and still no difference.
