Just got the Leap Motion Controller. Thought I would start with the SDK 2.3.1 just to learn the basics and I'm planning on using the desktop environment for now. Everything seemed to install ok, green light is on the controller when plugged in, windows recognizes it as a camera device, however the icon in the system tray is black and none of the software (playground...) will see the controller as connected.
I downloaded and installed SDK 4.0.0 and everything seems to work fine. The icon tray is green and the test software shows my hands with the linkages overlayed. Uninstalled 4.0.0 and tried 2.3.1 again, but still nothing.
The only error I got when installing 2.3.1 was a warning about not having any manufacturer video card drivers installed. Ignored it and continued with the install. Would this cause the controller to not be detected in 2.3.1? I have an NVIDIA Quadro P4000 and it has it's drivers installed and is functioning fine.
Running Windows 10 Enterprise x64 processor, 64-bit
