No app on this computer or my laptop can detect it and the recalibration is extremely laggy, but the visualizer works perfectly. The device status seems to be fine too. Another notable issue is that windows cannot find Core Services\Orientation\Orientation.exe but I've updated my drivers and tried every installer I could find.

What version of the software are you running? You can find out by right-clicking on the taskbar icon, going to Settings, and then the About tab.
I'm pretty sure I was using the V2 stuff, it worked after I uninstalled it and installed with the 4.0.0 setup instead.
