Leap Motion Controller is Disconnected

Lights are on and I can see all my movements in the visualizer but when I open an app it says controller is disconnected. I've tried several USB ports on my PC but same result. Everything in setting is enabled and connected. What am I missing?

Also I am trying to use Gamewave but it saying I need to enable a setting to allow in the background but I don't see that anywhere in settings

Hello! I was having the same issues when I got mine I found that the new windows updates have caused issues with The leap motion controller.

To bypass this you need to download orion version
3.2.1

I would recommend using our V2 SDK with the manual hotfix applied.

The V3 SDK does not support background apps so hand tracking will stop being received as soon as Gamewave is no longer the selected application.
