I connected my Leap Motion to computer with 10m active usb repeater BUT before you write "Leap Motion supports up to 5m extension" go see my video: https://youtu.be/52AOg3sT--U19 . In this video you see that Leap Motion doesn't work, it just blinks, but when I go to calibration mode it magically starts to work, so I think Leap Motion developers can fix it somehow. Btw it doesn't even work on normal 5m usb extender.

Ok now it doesn't blink, it says its connected all bars are green but programs don't see leap motion "Leap Motion not connected"

Now I got something like that: I connect it to pc, it blinks 2 seconds and then the service turns off, but Leap Motion's red sensors are light up.

Ok now it really starts being weird, so: the red lights on Leap Motion are on (this means that LeapMotionService recognizes it) but i can't see leap motion in device manager. Do I need some drivers? I already installed drivers from LeapMotion/CoreServices/Drivers/dpinst64.exe

dpinst64 installs an older version of the drivers and should only be installed when running into other issues.

Try uninstalling and doing a clean installation to see if that helps. The sensor should appear under imaging devices in the Device Manager.

What apps are you trying to use and what software version are you instalilng? Older, non-VR apps will not detect the controller when running the latest v4 software. You'll need to download and install the V2 software to use these apps. You can download it from here: https://leapmotion.box.com/s/1mqiux5sxho930521gfqt6f056ygkieq10

If you're on Win10, you'll also need to apply the bugfix outlined here: https://forums.leapmotion.com/t/resolved-windows-10-fall-creators-update-bugfix/658517

Ok, so Leap Motion appeared in Device Manager but now its the same story as on the start, now even with the 5m cable it blinks

The software log that's shown on your video says that the controller is rapidly disconnecting and reconnecting. Does this occur when you use one of the cables that came with the device?

If I connect Leap Motion directly into PC with original cable it works perfectly.
It only happens when I use usb extender + original cable.
I got 3 extention cables in home that are 5m i tried it with all of them and none of them worked.
Also doesn't work with 10m repeater extention cable.
Meaby I should buy 5m repeater extention cable?

The USB extender cables that come with our VR mount are 15 feet (~4.5 meters) and are not repeater cables. Where are you sourcing your cables from? The one that we include with the mount is sourced from monoprice I believe

Two of my 5m extention cables i bought at local store for $8, one of them I found at my house. 10m repeater cable I bought at allegro (polish type of ebay) for $20 its also no name. Should I buy cable that isn't no name? Meaby from monoprice?

It's definitely an issue with the cables that you've been using as the controller works fine with the cables that came with the controller. Try using a cable from Monoprice to see if that resolves the issue for you
