GECO doesnt work when background

Hi Guys!

Just bought a new laptop - Windows 10 installed. Leap motion installed well. Everything is working fine.
Geco is also fine, but when I click another window when geco running - geco freezes and doesnt work.

Geco founder said that the problem on leap motion side. Please help. Using leap motion since 2014 every day. Really need this thing works properly.

Hey, sorry that I'm late to the party here. Background app support was deprecated with V3 so you will need to revert to version 2. Fortunately there is a guide for that here: https://developer.leapmotion.com/sdk/v2

hi. thanks for the answer. Now PC doesnt see leap motion when its plugged in.

If you're using Windows 10, the page I linked above mentions that you need to swap out a couple of files for a hotfix. Here's the thread about it:

You need to install the V2 SDK and apply this manual hotfix if you are running Windows 10 as Geco requires V2 and the hotfix resolves a compatibility issue with Windows 10 Fall Creators Update and later releases.
