Hello everyone, I'm new at Leap Motion, I'm trying to use the Apps on the App Home for a usability study for kids with autism. The thing here is that doen't seem to detect that is connected.
I don't have a problem with the visualizer, just with the App Home.
Does anyone can help me?

Hi,

i had the same problem when i first got the device two weeks ago. You will need to download Orion version 3.2.1 rather than your current one which you can search on the forum. However, for me only a few applications worked when i did that. Maybe it might help you.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues. If you haven't heard, the app store has closed and app home actually no longer works appropriately. All applications can be found on our gallery here595. Depending on what you'll be using the Leap Motion Controller for, you may want to download and install our older V2 software here488 as it works best with our desktop apps. You would also need to apply this fix739 if you're on Windows 10.
