Trying to get the product set up to use with Facerig. I'm installing this on an Asus ROG system with an i7 2.6GHz, 16GB memory. When I install the initial software for the controller it works. I can go into the control panel and all the progress bars are green. However, when I try and load one of the basic apps it tells me I need to update to the newer version. SDK v2. OK, so I go get that and install it and the computer doesn't see the controller at all anymore. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried different USB ports. Nothing works. Uninstalled that and installed the older version and it works again but can't run anything. Upgrade and doesn't connect again. The controller icon is black. As I mentioned, the reason for this is to get it to work with Facerig. If I don't need to upgrade the SDK to work with that it would solve my issue.
