When I run ultraleap ir 170 on Ubuntu 20, nothing is displayed in Visualizer

Hello.

I'm trying to get ultraleap ir 170 to work on Ubuntu 20, but I don't see anything in the Visualizer.

Status
-When I execute the following command, it becomes active.
$ sudo systemctl start leapd.service
$ sudo systemctl status leapd.service

-When I launch the Leap Control Panel, a black leap motion icon appears in the task tray. (Does not turn green)

-When I run ls / dev, video0,1 is displayed.
When I check it with an app such as cheese, I see my hand.

・ I can track it when I try it on Windows. (The device is probably normal)

Is there anyone who could run it on Ubuntu 20?

Hi @takahashi2, the Stereo IR 170 is only compatible with our V4 SDK and later releases. Unfortuantely the latest SDK which is available for Linux is our older V2 SDK which means that the Stereo IR 170 cannot be used on Linux currently.

In the short term I recommend connecting this device to a Windows PC with our V4 SDK or later installed and in the longer term I recommend keeping an eye on our social feeds next year for any annoucements that we might make about this.
