What does running on Mac(intosh) exactly mean?

Is Windows on a Macintosh ok? I mean there is no were written OSX

I am asking because I just read about that rule, and my programm will definitely not run on OSX, but on a Macintosh. If this is understood as running on OSX I have to abandon the 3D-Jam for my (great) Project...

Yeah, lets try it at cbase sometime, long time not been there... hope they like it even not being a Linux Open-Source program
