Weak performance

I have a problem which when i connect my leap motion to laptop red LEDs on leap blinking and become weak and become bright and so on...and it influenced its performance..my laptop has good requirements: cpu: i7 7700HQ, ram:16 GB, VGA: geforce 1050Ti...i don't now what is its problem...it looks like the problem is with power...i checked leap motion with pc and this problem doesn't appear...my power setting for laptop is in high performance and leap is connected to usb 3.0...i hope someone can help

The LEDs on the device may flicker during normal use. What application are you experiencing performance issues with? Try opening up the diagnostic visualizer and see how your hands are being tracked there.

You may also want to check the diagnostic tests and the software log to see if anything appears there.

I opened up diagnostic visualizer and saw the my hands did not tracked well. During the tracking, my hands disappear, my thumb is expanded but i saw not expanded, and this happened to other fingers...totally tracking was not good at all...even when i opened playground in app home performance become worse. Diagnostic test results was ok and no problem were found. In software log nothing special appears
Note that these problems do not happened in pc, these happened just in laptops

So these tracking issues only occur on your laptop but everything works fine on your desktop PC?

Try reinstalling the Leap Motion software on the laptop to see if that helps. Try using different USB ports as well. If the issue persists, try recalibrating the sensors to see if that improves the tracking for you

i tried all of these but problem did not solved, even recalibrating didn't work...i checked in another laptop and even i checked another leap motion...yet problem persists...this issue appears from last driver update...in previous driver i don't have such issue.

What was the previous software version you were running and what is the current version you have installed? If it worked well for you previously, you can try rolling back the software to see if that helps
