Vseeface can't work with leap motion

windows 11, I have try 4 PCs.

leap motion can work in ultraleap control device.

But it can't work with vseeface. when I use vseeface, the status display:

"idle [no devices ]"

can anyone help me? I am very saddly, because I have try four PCs.

leap motion version: v5.8
Vseeface :v1.13.38
PCs: 3 PCs are win11. and another is Windows 10。

Hi @dodohuangw, is the hand tracking working correctly in the tracking visualiser?

I would recommend checking the camera privacy settings in Windows 11 and also Leap Motion V4 compatibility under General Settings in VSeeFace to see if either of these are causing an issue.
