Hi guys,
I'm glad (and proud) to share with you my home made Leap Motion VR support for HTC Vive Pro:
As shown abode it allows to use the Leap Motion sensor with an HTC Vive Pro by covering the front cameras. It is removable and thus don't need any glue on the headset. It uses elastic and velcro straps to attach the support to the HMD.
This is the support alone:
An these are all the parts:
The silverish part has been printed in PLA with a 3D Printer (an Ultimaker 3 by the way). It is composed of two parts that I have glued together.
This is the back part (the one that goes close to the HMD):
And this is the front part:
And finally these are the two parts seen from behind
So What do you think about it ?
I will of course share with you the 3D models I used (that I made with Sketchup for those interested). Just let me know if you think it is worthing it !
