Vizualiser tracking not working

Hello there !

First of all, thanks for your work But unfortunately, since the gemini 5.2 installation, I have some issues. I will try to give you the maximum amount of details.

Of course, I tried to fix everything myself (spent my day on it), looking at all the guides, all the faqs, all the support tickets and forums but can't seem to find any solution. There is however a person having the same issue as me in the forums (https://forums.leapmotion.com/t/green-light-on-device-and-good-device-status-in-control-panel-but-tracking-not-working/14552/12) But during my investigations I may have found some clues.

So, my issue is : Ultraleap is working, it is also tracking when I open the vizualiser (green lights everywhere), but I can't see anything in the vizualiser. Since then, as I am a Vtuber, in my software (VseeFace, which just updated a new version to support gemini 5.2), I can't move my hands and fingers (As I guess, VseeFace tries to follow the "bones" which you can normally see in the vizualiser) Note that some people using the same software don't have this issue at all.

Now, I noticed something that may give you some clues. When switching back to a 4.X version of the leap motion tracker, everything started to work again (And I could see the skeleton hands in the old vizualiser). BUT ! When I started OBS to launch my stream, hands slowly drifted away and stopped (which never happened before). And on the old control panel, I saw that the issue came from the BANDWITH (marked in red). And I soon as I closed OBS, the old 4.X tracker started to work again (and my avatar hands in VseeFace too).

Finally, even if i have no programming knowledge, I also noted in the software log that line : Model windows_aot1 does not support resolution 640x240 (any: false) So there is maybe a chance that there is a resolution issue preventing the skeleton hands to be displayed. As a matter of fact, I have 2 screens : my main with a 4K resolution, and another one in 1080p. And when I open the vizualiser, it only opens windowed on my main 4K screen. (can't launch it fullscreen on the 1080p one)

So this is all I managed to guess so far. I will give you my system info and copy paste my tracker log if that can help you in any way.

I am also having the same issue as this user. If it is in fact an issue of resolution, this would start to fall in line as I as well have 2x 3440x1440 panels + 2x 1920x1080 panels + 1VR headset attached. Same issue with no skeleton. Other version work fine including gemini 5.0 but with issues accurately tracking all fingers.

I think I might not have the exact same problem (the visualizer works fine for me but it doesn't work in VSeeFace at all) but I'm also using Gemini 5.2.

Update: For anyone else using VSeeFace please ensure that you are using the latest version which has been updated for Gemini V5, at time of writing this is VSeeFace 1.13.36p

ok, this wasn't apparent to me, but i finally got my tracking working again by rotating the device 180 degrees from the prior version of the software. I don't know why this would make a difference, fortunately I'm a desktop mounting, I can imagine this would cause issues with other mountings when migrating from an older version.

The tracking model needs the hands to enter the image from the bottom of the frame in order to recognise these and track them correctly.

Auto-orient was removed in this release as it could caused issues by flipping the camera if it incorrectly detecting that it was upside down!

This camera oriontation can be changed via the control panel. To find this setting please go to the system try, right click on the Ultraleap icon and select open control panel. Next click on camera feed, change the drop down menu and click OK to update.
