UNITY C# Hand Binder on humanoid

Hi,

This is my first post. I try to bind hands of a humanoid Unity, however i didn't find any tutorial to do it.
I have found these pages and i tried to follow them, but this is really confused for me :

OpenXR Hand Tracking in Unity

Is there a tutorial to do it on an humanoid in unity?
Or what are the required components, scripts and steps to make on unity the the humanoid hands move with the leap motion controller ?

Thank you for the advice. I already done that (it is linked in my first message) but the rotations are made on wrong axis (twisted arms and fingers). Do you know how to put correct rotations on humanoids with the "Hand Binder"?
