Ultraleap motion not working

Hello I’m new here and I am working on a project with ultraleap motion device.. but I’ve not been able to get it to work on my pc, in VR.. I recalibrated it using the control panel but it shows not connected and I don’t know what else to do.. any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi @cynthilizy, please can you send your PC Spec including CPU and the Tracker Log to support@ultraleap.com and I can help you to diagnose this and resolve the issue
