Just purchased the Ultraleap hand tracking controller and installed the latest (Gemini) software.
I am running Windows 10 which is up to date and when I have the controller connected, and open the Ultraleap control panel Windows immediately crashes. If I connect the controller after opening the Ultraleap control panel, Windows crashes.
Just to clarify, I'm running
Windows 10 Pro
version 21H2
OS Build19044.1706
More info about my system:
Intel i9-9940X CPU
64 gb of RAM
Nvidia GeForce RTX-3090 video card
24 gb of VRAM
The Leap shows up correctly in the Devices page and reports that everything is working normally. However, if I then bring up the Control Panel in the App with the Leap connected, Windows instantly crashes, so the problem appears to be with the App.
I've noticed that the Leap is showing up under Cameras in the Device Manager and I've seen other posts that suggest this may be a problem. If it is, how do I correct it?
What's the solution for this?
