Twitchy calibration, limited range

I've got the basic leap motion and I've been able to calibrate it to a score of 80, but it's quite hard to do.
Once it's calibrated, it just doesn't seem to work quite as well as others/expected.
The motion is twitchy (it flips my hand 180 when it moves off to the side), and the off-to-the-side limit is really small, like I can only move my hands a few inches to the sides before it loses tracking and my hand disappears. It also has trouble when I use both hands at once. I'd love it if you could point me toward any helpful threads or even are able to help me 1-on-1?

Hi, it sounds like the position or orientation of your Leap Motion Controller needs to be adjusted so that the hands are seen well and from a position expected by the tracking model. The calibration of the device does not affect the performance of the tracking and if the calibration was an issue the tracking would not function at all.
