i did message support but just in case anyone here has advice, i have no power pulling from the leap. the 170 works fine on the same cable but the leap has no light coming on anymore. i checked the app logs to see if maybe i left it on overnight by accident but the logs shows that it was unplugged. if im reading them correctly, the coordinates show up when plugged in but not when it's disabled. i tried rebooting, tried other cables, tried other usb ports not on hubs. finally, i also tried plugging it into a usb power meter and i see theres no power at all being pulled by the leap but there is on the 170. not sure what else to try at this point.
