TouchFree sends Windows Touch events which Unity detects in its input system natively. Almost all of our complimentary demos use Unity's unmodified standard input system so we would expect for you to see the UI in Unity working immediately. We cannot change TouchFree 1.0 or 1.1 to send Windows Mouse events but will look to consider this as a feature in future.
One option that you may find useful is our 'TouchFree Tooling' which we are currently developing to provide a client connection to a 'TouchFree Service'. This would live in your Unity (or Web) application so you can send your own input events as you see fit as well as modify the data we provide relating to the interactions.
As this is currently in development we do not currently have much information that we can share about this however you can see the current status of this on our GitHub page here. We also have a closed beta release that you may be suitable for if you wanted to get in contact with us?
It would be great to hear more about your use case. Please feel free to contact me directly with any info and questions that you wish to share and I will be happy to advise further as needed?
