The Ultrahaptics Array can't work properly

When the array is connected to my computer, the software displayed the device is not connected. Yesterday, I successfully ran the demo. Why did the device go wrong today?

To be clear, were you getting a message that the Leap Motion device included with the array wasn't connected?

Sorry for the late reply.
The Leap Motion device is connected corectly. I think the problem is with the array. Please check the attached screenshot as i run the device.
The software can't recognize my array. And my serial number is UHDK5-000003AC. What should I do to solve this problem? By the way, my palm can't feel the virtual haptics generated by ultrasonic at this time. Even the array does not work properly to produce ultrasonic waves.
