With one device it just got stuck without lighting the LED and on Device Manager (windows) it shows the device as "WestBridge" (???). The second device has red LED and the icon on toolbar keeps on running this blue progress bar.
tried both on Mac OS and Windows and tried reinstalling the software, initiating the service manually, all with no luck.
Since my computer is a Macbook its only USB C and I need an adapter in between. But I have used many times with other Leaps in the same adapter, was never a problem.
URGENT: I bought these two devices for an installation opening next week and need to get 'em running ASAP!!
