I'm using Stereo IR 170, Gemini(5.6.1).
Thanks for the nice device!
It works great for a few minutes right after I plug it into the USB, but then it stops responding.
When I unplug it and plug it back in, it becomes responsive again.
This repetition is a hassle.
The video in the control panel appears fine at first, but as time goes on, it blinks and finally goes black.
V4 doesn't have this trouble and can be used continuously.
But v5 is more accurate and I would like to use v5.
Is there any way to deal with this?
I hope the driver will be fixed soon.

HI @yoridrill, as an initial check please can you ensure that any older software, such as Orion V4, is not installed and running at the same time as Gemini V5. This will cause conflicts and can cause the visualiser to show a darkened screen that appears black. If you only have Gemini V5 installed and these issue persists please send me an email to support@ultraleap.com and I will be happy to help further. :slight_smile:
