Software error?

Hello,
I bought he Leap Motion Controller and just tried to set it up... but it doesn't work correct.
At my Windows PC it asks me to enable "allow background apps" but there is no checkbox any kind of, but it works with Face Rig.
At my Mac - software registers gestures and the checkbox is available, but nothing happens

What am I doing wrong?

Which SDK version have you installed, are you using the Orion V4 SDK on your Windows PC?

"Allow background apps" is only user changeable checkbox in our V2 software. Our V4 software SDK background apps and does not need enabling but our V3 SDK does not support background apps.

Please can you expand a bit more on what you mean by not working correctly and what you are trying to use the Leap Motion Controller with? From your description you say that Facerig is working so I would like to know what else you are trying to use the LMC with. Please be aware that Facerig is only available for Windows so a littel more detail on what you are doing with the LMC on Mac will help me to advise you here.
