Unfortunately the hand tracking software is currently not compatible with ARM devices.
We are looking at making our software available to lower power devices ARM platforms in the future and I would recommend keeping an eye on our social media channels for any future announcements that we make concerning this.
For now I would recommend investigating a small Intel NUC machine or a tiny x86 based computer which are RPI-like but not ARM which may work better for you.
Intel NUC mini-PCs are below the i3 spec but we've heard multiple reports that the hand tracking runs fine on them. However we are not sure what models people have used and it is worth noting that they have i5 processors that go as low as 1.3GHz up to 2.6GHz turbo dual core.
An alternative might be to run our Software on a PC and then use something like VRidge to connect the tracking data to a Raspberry PI. I recommend having a look at this blog article which shows an older project where this was done:
I hope this helps.
