Not working with paperspace

I lunched a virtual PC on paperspace. The spec for the computer is pretty high (GPU+)
The operating system is window 10.
When I install all the drivers and app, the IR sensor seems working because the visualizer was showing my face, but motion tracking seems not working.
I am guessing that LM seems not working with the window 10.

Windows 10 is definitely supported by the controller. Try opening up the Leap Motion Control Panel and let me know what the results of the diagnostic tests are from the Troubleshooting tab.

Try reinstalling the software as well to see if that helps

Hello, I checked and tried all the methods that you suggested but none of them seems working. I attached the screenshots for my system. Please review them. They are not typical because it is a virtual machine. Thank you.

Were you able to get this working? In my case the log says the tracking is enabled, but I can't see anything in the visualiser.

Are you also using a virtual machine @Apidcloud?
