Not plugged in during leap application

For some reason my leap motion only works with the playground desktop and nothing else it is sensed that it's plugged in it's just the applications. It works in the visualisation place. I try to get V2 but there is no difference. When I say the playground I meant starting place with robot and heads

Yes those apps do not work either it has the same problem
