No more working in DCS 2.7.7.15308

Since the last update of DCS, no more visible hands with leap motio activated with gemini 5.2
Have placed the correct leapC.dll in the DCSworldopenbeta bin folder.
It was working nice with the previous DCS update and gemini5.2
Visualizer is perfect

Hi, currently it wont work unless leapC.dll in DCS bin folder is also updated to the new one. I have spoken to the team about it. Best regards Bignewy

We have thoroughly tested DCS 2.7.7.15038 and unfortunately have not been able to get our hand tracking working in this by changing or modifying the dll as was possible in previous versions.

If you wish to use our Gemini V5 hand tracking in this version then you will need to wait for an official update from Eagle Dynamics due to the changes in file structure in this version. Please note that you can still use our previous Orion V4 hand tracking in this version of DCS World.

We are in communication with them as well as we are keen as well to see our latest hand tracking working well in the latest versions of DCS World!

Thank you for your post.

I would like some clarification on the DCS problem. I got the LeapMotion recently and use it with the software i guess called Gemini. It is mentioned that for DCS we could use Orion V4 software:
1) do we need to remove Gemeini and then install Orion? or i can simply install Orion?

I’m afraid you must remove the Gemini 5.2 thoroughly and reinstall the 4.0 driver.
I’ve not yet checked this nor the behavior with the 2.7.8 version of DCS I still hope they have solved the bug I will keep forum informed later on

Eagle Dynamics have now released DCS 2.7.9 which has been updated to work with Gemini V5.

Please update DCS, retest and let me know how you get on?
