I'm new to all this, so here goes:
Have just installed Leap Motion and software for first time (in Macbook Pro). When I first plugged it in, the red light on the side was on and got a message saying firmware was being updated. Then got a message saying update was complete (I think). Since then, when plugged in, no lights come on, the app icon shows it is unplugged (yes have tried different USB ports, direct into the Mac etc) and can't get any further. The 'start diagnostic' button is greyed out, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software - nothing. Help!
