My Leap Motion Controller Is Not Connecting

My Leap Motion Controller Is Not Working. The Leap Motion Software Says Service Status Is Disconnected Although My Leap Motion Controller Is Connected To My Computer. Is There Any Way You Can Help?

It sounds like the Leap Service is not running.

Please can you open the services app, scroll down to the Leap Service to view it's current status.

Restart the service and let me know if this status field then shows as connected within the Control Panel.

Once the Leap Service is running the Leap Motion Controller will then be connected and the hand tracking will being to function.
