My leap motion connect and disconnect all the time

Hello we received our Leap Motion lately, and after installing the plugins and plugged in, the Leap does not turn on, we have never had any light, and we have without ceasing the sounds of windows connection and disconnection, we tested it on 6 computers same problem, windows sound looped, no light, LM_FirmwareReset without results.

If you ever had that problem or a solution, that would be great.

There's a compatibility issue with our firmware updated and the Tobii software which causes the controller to be detected as a Tobii. Unfortunately, you'll need to get a replacement for your controller. Was it purchased through us or from another retailer?

Once you get your replacement device, you'll need to update the firmware on a computer that does not have the Tobii software installed. Once updated, you can safely use the controller on any machine with the Tobii software.
