There's a compatibility issue with our firmware updated and the Tobii software which causes the controller to be detected as a Tobii. Unfortunately, you'll need to get a replacement for your controller. Was it purchased through us or from another retailer?
Once you get your replacement device, you'll need to update the firmware on a computer that does not have the Tobii software installed. Once updated, you can safely use the controller on any machine with the Tobii software.
