Mutually running tests, with just a few hours to go?!

Hi VRnoob, thanks for helping test out the game, had a feeling something like this would come up. Too late to do anything about it now though, won't be home till after the jam is finished. =(

I think it is all right now VRnoob. Just needed to know one other machine to run on. I think the Windowed version of Corridor 17 will be enough to test out the version. Sorry forgot about a test in DirectToRift mode about my own worry then. Strange but fine Weightless is running on your machine in Direct Mode - has there been an update?

Hmm, sorry it didn't work for you in Direct mode. When you ran the normal windows version were you able to get it to display properly in the rift after switching your monitors around? I'm making the change user-340328188 suggested, rebuilding and reuploading right now so maybe try the Direct mode version again after tonight?

I just tried VR Touch Screen on my Windows 8.1 machine and it works! Lots of adjustments to make to get it how I want it (like with VR desktop) but it looks like a great tool I'll use a lot.

Thanks very much for that note! I'll disable that and rebuild.

I tried Corridor17 in extended mode and that worked but DirectToRift didn't work for me either.

Yes, but the general idea of this thread was to give positive feedback, not finding the last error, so it is nice if you got it running. Of course if someones program is not running at all (nowhere else), we should the hack find the error together. Just wanted to say sometimes its fine, to have just one positive feedback, so you know there is no absolute show stopper in your final deploy

so it is ether a strange error just on my system, or some update made it worse here (if there was one?) but I just downloaded it again and started it, and it had the grey text in Windows version and DirectToRift version.

You're right, sorry. I didn't mean to derail the thread. I just updated the project to version 1.1. Maybe it will work for you now.

But regardless, is there anyone else who'd like us to test that their app runs?

Hey all, managed to get Orbigon running after all. Doesn't work in extended mode for me but works great with the Rift set to DirectHMD mode. =)
