Missing LeapCSharp.NET3.5.dll

I have been trying to intergrate Orion with a c# form that I have written in visual studio.

Following this guide,
https://developer.leapmotion.com/documentation/orion/csharp/devguide/Project_Setup.html
I can not find the LeapCSharp.NET3.5.dll nor LeapCSharp.dll

I could only find them in C:\Program Files (x86)\Leap Motion\Core Services\Orientation\Orientation_Data\Plugins
but do not work
