I've tried all my USB ports, including version 2.0. it's all the same.
After a few tweakings, I found out that the low resource mode causes this.
If I turn it off, the frame rate goes up to 115 fps but in Unreal Engine it jitters (I use leap motion to control camera position).
If I turn it on, it works smoothly in UE4, but the framerate can not catch up with UE4 as it's only 43,9 fps.
is there any way to tweak this low resource mode setting to run at 60 fps?
