Thank you for sharing, this shows that no camera images are being received by the hand tracking software, although it is odd why the device status is showing that this is working correctly.
Please can you reinstall the WinUSB drivers by running the file at the following location:
Leap Motion\Core Software\Drivers\dpinst64.exe
and then open the Windows Services App, scroll down to Leap Service and restart the service.
Please let me know the outcome of this and if the camera images are then able to be seen in the VR or Diagnostic Visualiser?
