You might want to check out our Toggle Button Widget, as it provides the functionality that you're looking for. It's available through our core Unity assets. this asset make object with collider.. but we project use the Unity 4.6 UI.

That was true until quite recently -- the very latest version of Widgets has switched from using rigid body kinematics to triggers, and incorporates elements of the 4.6 UI. You can use our Widgets or add colliders to Unity UI widgets as long as the canvas is rendered in world space or screen space - camera. With screen space - camera, you can parent the HandController prefab to the canvas and the hands will render in proper sort order with the other children of the Canvas object.

sorryI don'y find the unity core asset button, only the normal unity's one..can you tell me where is it?

That asset is very old; you should use the UI Input Module that's part of our new assets: developer.leapmotion.com/unity.
