Hi, my leap motion was working, and suddenly it stopped. Light on the device is green.
I launched Troubleshooting Diagnostic, it does pass Authentication but starts failing on Device Connectivity.
So, I tested it on all USB ports, then used another Mac, then I tested it on a PC. All with the same result.
Tried to use the Reset Firmware tool, but it gets stuck on "Please plug in your Leap Motion Controller.".
I paused tracking and stopped the service while trying to reset the firmware.
What else can I do?
