Have posted this before, to no response.
Have contacted Leap Motion Support, got a case No. Was told delays due to high volume of requests. Still no response since. Here's my details again, can't even get started:
Details:
Using with MacBook Pro OSX High Sierra
When first connected, red light on side was on, and got message that firmware was being updated. Message that update complete. Then no lights or sensors showing at all on device.
Latest software log:
[21:18:32] [Info] WebSocket server started
[21:18:33] [Info] Secure WebSocket server started
[23:19:33] [Info] System is sleeping, suspending all contexts
[08:45:14] [Info] System resumed, restoring normal operations
[08:45:36] [Info] Connected to Leap Daemon
In system report, leap motion shows up as ‘Westbridge’ in USB connections. Leap Motion app reports it is not plugged in.
