Leap motion not enable to connect

Hey guys. My leap motion worked just fine and now it doesn't get recognized on my pc. I've tried all the usb ports the green led doesn't light up on neither. I tried the troubleshooting tips but no success. Do you have any idea how can I make it work again?

If the issue persists, try testing the controller on another computer to see if you run into the same issue
