Hi, I installed Leap Motion SDK 3.2.1, my Leap Motion device was having green light when plugged in, but no 3 red lights on the camera side. The Leap Motion Visualizer did not detect any hand, as I checked my taskbar that Leap Motion Controller was off. Try stopping and starting, also try restarting Leap Services, still nothing. Unplugging and plugging device, restarting my laptop, also nothing. The "Resume Tracking" also did not fix the problem. Did I miss something?
Previously, I installed Ultraleap Tracking 5.3.1 and it worked (there were 3 red lights on the camera side and my hands were detected), but as I installed the SDK 3.2.1, the Visualizer did not work. I suspected that the Ultraleap Tracking was conflicting with the SDK 3.2.1, that's why I uninstalled the Ultraleap Tracking and got to my current situation.
I am using Windows 10, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor.
