Leap Motion Isn't Tracking Anything

So, I've had my leap motion for a couple months now, and it was working fine until recently. All the lights are on, and on my device status everything looks good. But in apps it won't track my hands, and when I go to the visualizer its just a grey screen, with no hand tracking. I've tried reinstalling everything, unplugging and replugging it in, and plugging it into different usb slots. It's not working and I'm not sure how to fix it. Especially since there isn't any errors that I can see.

My windows version is 19041.630
My software version is 4.1.0+52211
And my firmware revision is 1.7.0

If that helps any. If anyone can help me solve this issue that would be amazing. Thank you for reading.

Check if the Leap Service is running by opening the services app and searching for 'Leap Service'. If it isn't running click Start Service and if it is try restarting it. The lack of camera feeds in the visualizer suggests that it is not running for some reason.

Also if you open the Leap Motion Control Panel and click on the troubleshooting tab you will see a list of status indicators which will show if the Leap Service is running, the Leap Motion Controller is connected etc. If restating the Leap Service does not resolve the issue please can you screenshot this page and send it to support@ultraleap.com for me to have a look at?

Yeah at the time it wasn't working even when the services app was on. Though recently I updated my windows to the newest update and that seemed to fix it even though I already tried restarting my pc a few times. If I happen on to this issue again I will follow your instructions.
