Leap motion is connected but with no hands and no internal red lights

Hello how do you do,

I'm facing a weird problem with my leap motion device, after plugging and installation the green light in there, all the device status in the leap motion controller are green however no hands are showing anywhere including diagnostics visualizer.

Here's what I have:

• I tried it on another PC that has the same version of windows and worked fine
• I don't have any anti-virus installed, even stopped windows defender
• On the other PC I noticed to red lights from the inside of the leap motion, they're not lighting in my pc
• Uninstalled and Re-Installed (Leap_Motion_Orion_Setup_win_3.2.0) still no luck
• Stopped service and started it manually (both 32 and 64 bits) no luck
• Tried USB 2 and USB 3 again same problem

I'm guessing those red lights are for the camera in this case camera is not activating as in the visualizer on the other PC I can see a picture of what the device sees but not on my pc..

One more thing the other pc is working on win 7 sp1 mine is just win 7..

The lack of red lights mean the sensors aren't on. What color is the Leap Motion Control Panel icon in your system tray when this occurs? Hover your mouse cursor over the icon and let me know what the text says as well.

It was green and it was saying "Leap motion controller is on"..

Anyway it was solved by updating to Win7 SP1 Perhaps you should mention that.. Thank You
