I have 4 leap motion sensors for my business. I calibrate them everyday before starting the day. However, today 1 out of the 4 sensors did not work properly. When I clicked the button to calibrate the device, it showed a screen with an image asking to plug in the sensor. I read a bunch of questions people had here, and I thought I have the same issue as them and figured their solutions would help me. However, they did not. I have tried everything, plugging it and unplugging it, deleted and reinstalled the Leap motion sofware, I restarted and shut down the computer several times, I even connected it to a another PC (Windows 10), but nothing. I emailed the support team, but nothing. I have tried to use some of the links provided by other users in the forum, but the sites did not work at all. In some websites you would have to sign up for it and start a membership with payment (box.com, i believe).
Is this a firmware issue? please this sensor in vital for my business and it cannot run well if the leap motion sensors are not working properly.
The hardware is on, I can see the neon green light on as well as the three red dots on the sensors.
