Leap motion didn"t work

Hello, help me please.
I install leap motion software and leap motion didnt work. I try do everything in troubleshooting, but nothing help me.
First leap motion recognized as bridge, now it is cypress usb bootloader. Firmware reset got errors.
Windows 10.

I'd recommend getting a replacement with the retailer you purchased it from to see if that resolves the issue for you

If the controller works on your friend's computer, the problem may be driver related. Try running dpinst64 located in c:\Program Files (x86)\Leap Motion\Core Services\Drivers on your computer to see if that resolves the issue for you

Thank you, I use older version of program and it works!! Then I install latest version and everything is ok, but in Block game I can’t play, hands are not determined correctly, left to right and right to left. In other applications, everything is fine, how to fix it?

You can either physically flip the device so that the USB cable is pointing the other direction or see if "auto-orient tracking" is enabled in the Leap Motion Control Panel

Auto is enable. Physical flip, I gues can help if I point leap toward monitor(like mount to glasses) only this flip I haven’t tried.
Other programm/games works good, why so?
And sorry for my english, some words from my knowledge, some words from google translate.

Blocks is a VR application. Are you using it with the controller on the table? If so, you'll need to have it mounted facing forward like you said as if it were on a headset

Today I plug leap to computer, and nothing happens. LED is black and no sound new device in windows. Try another cable/usb didn’t work((((
