Leap Motion Controller" is disconnected

Running on Windows 10 64 bit
I have run the latest firmware reset. Have uninstalled the Leap motion software and installed the latest

The task bar icon is green and the Leap Motion light is on.

If I run the Leap Motion App Home and run the Kyoto app it indicates on the screen that I need to plug in the Leap Motion device.

Sculpting app shows "Leap Motion Controller" is disconnected.

Those apps needs 3.2.1 (or for maximum compatibility, 2.3.1) Orion version. They have deprecated a lot of stuff.
