Leap Motion Controler not work

I connected a Leap Motion Controller to a Windows 10 PC via USB. I wanted to update to the new version 5.2 Gemini. (Ultraleap_Tracking_Installer_5.2.0_win64.exe). I have uninstalled all Leap Motion software and run the above exe. When I connect the controller, the green light is on but the red lights do not come on. I've tried different USB ports. Here is a picture:

What can I do to get the hardware working again, thanks for any help.

Another question? There is no more calibration software in the new software version?

Same problem here with new purchased Ultraleap and 5.3.1
In 5.0.0 it says "Unhandled exception: Unable to enumerate a device with the specified name".
In device manager it is called "Leap Dev Kit" under cameras.

1.) Stop leap service
2.) Unstalled actual Leap Software
3.) Installed Software 5.0.0 from https://www2.leapmotion.com/downloads/ultraleap-hand-tracking/v5.0.0-preview
4.) install driver from C:\Program Files\Leap Motion\Core Services\Drivers\dpinst64.exe (now it is working)
5.) realising firmware reset still not working
6.) realising with 5.3.1 the driver is the wrong again and is on disconnected

I'm on OSX Monterrey with the original Leap Motion controller. Is there any way to get it to work again? If so, please let me know how. Many thanks!

sorry, I'm on pc. Older driver works for me...
