This morning we have released an update to our Gemini V5 tracking software which includes fixes for a number of reported issues.
If you are experiencing issues the Gemini V5 software please can you uninstall this 5.2 version and download and install this 5.3 release from here and retest.
If any issues persist please can you forward the new tracker log to support@ultraleap.com along with the specification of your PC that this is being used with?
