We have a project that requires placing the tracking device over the user, or 45 degrees from top-front. It will be static, so any person could come closer to interact with it.
So the question is it possible with current SDK? I'm not a developer. i'm choosing the technology for the project.
The left one is feasible if there's an IR-dark surface underneath like duvetyne, as that will help the desktop-mode tracking. Expect that hands may instantiate in the wrong orientation before correcting though.
