Interactive white board using Leap Motion

Hello,

I'm looking for possibilities to use a Leap Motion to make an interactive (tactile like) white board coupled with a video projector.

My white board is quite big 200cm x 120cm.

My plan is to put the Leap Motion like in the following schema:

It looks like:
* Leap Motion is limited to 80cm between the sensors and the hands and 140° view angle
* top-mounted Leap Motion is not possible

I'm not sure if this use is possible, any hints?

Your proposed setup would not work as the Leap Motion sensors require open space to function correctly. Computer control applications allow the movement of mouse cursors along with keyboard shortcuts mapped to hand gestures. Unfortunately, even if you were able to get it working with this setup, the user experience would not match that of a touchscreen or interactive whiteboard like the way you want.
